基于AHP-Entropy确权法的城市公众应急反应能力评价

Abstract:

将城市公众应急反应能力纳入城市应急能力的建设内容,并运用AHP-Entropy方法对7个样本城市进行综合评价.AHP-Entropy综合评价方法既反映了专家的知识和经验,又充分挖掘了原始数据所蕴含的信息.7个样本城市是按照灾害分布、城市类型和地理位置3个标准在全国范围内进行选择的.评价结果显示:阳江市和泉州市公众应急能力水平较高,武汉市和黑河市公众应急能力水平相对较低.评价结果与客观实际相符.
