基于自我分类的供应链合作伙伴选择模型

Abstract:

针对供应链研究仅停留在合作伙伴选择模型和方法的构造之上,忽略了供应链成员相容问题,提出基于自我分类理论的供应链合作伙伴选择的两阶段模型.在筛选阶段,建立基于自我分类理论的评价指标体系,候选合作伙伴企业透过核心企业原型去人格化,进行企业自我分类及显著性检验;在整体规划阶段,根据供应链的总体目标,选择能够最大化实现市场机遇的合作伙伴组合.以制造业供应链为例,给出了该模型的具体运用.研究表明:该模型提出了供应链合作伙伴选择应在企业去人格化后,在自我分类的基础上选择与核心企业核心能力互补且具有竞争力的合作伙伴的观点,既解决了供应链成员不相容的问题,又满足了供应链整体绩效最优的需求,为供应链合作伙伴选择提供了新思路.
