聚丙烯酸钠/阴离子型膨润土复合材料制备与表征

Abstract:

将丙烯酸插层到碱性钙基膨润土层间,制备出丙烯酸膨润土,再聚合制备出聚丙烯酸钠/ 阴离子型膨润土高吸水性复合材料.采用X射线衍射(XRD) ?p扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征复合材料的结构,结果表明,丙烯酸插层到碱性钙基膨润土层间聚合形成插层或剥离型纳米材料.用差热分析(DSC)表征复合材料的热稳定性,结果表明,与聚丙烯酸材料相比,该材料的热稳定性提高了15.2℃.最后考察了复合材料的吸附及保水性能:在最佳工艺条件下(温度为75℃,引发剂用量为单体质量的1.8%,交联剂用量为单体质量的0.55%,丙烯酸膨润土用量为单体质量的5%,中和度为??68.5%),??去离子水和0.9%盐水的吸附倍率分别达到956 g/g及80 g/g,同时材料具有较优的保水性能.
