相继增压柴油机瞬态切换喷油策略

Abstract:

针对相继增压柴油机切换过程中存在的问题,提出了利用多目标进化算法对TBD234V12相继增压柴油机的瞬态切换过程进行优化设计.选取切换延迟时间内的循环喷油量作为设计变量,在功率和最大爆发压力的约束条件下,采用Sobol序列产生初始均匀种群,利用Pareto的非支配排序的方法对相继增压柴油机瞬态切换过程的喷油规律进行了优化,最高可以使相继增压柴油机切换过程中转速波动及碳烟排量分别降低88%和79%.通过对TBD234V12相继增压柴油机切换过程燃油喷射MAP图进行优化,达到了改善切换过程瞬态性能的目的.
