考虑燃油经济性的出行者路径选择模型

Abstract:

为研究燃油经济性对出行者路径选择的影响,将燃油消耗、行程时间及其可靠性的线性加权和定义为广义出行费用,以饱和度为参数建立了路网单元燃油消耗模型并量化燃油消耗出行费用.分别以BPR函数及HCM2000延误公式量化路段行程时间及交叉口延误,以二者可靠性量化行程时间及延误波动的相应费用建立了基于广义出行费用的随机用户平衡分配模型.通过在小型测试路网上进行计算分析表明:基于广义出行费用的交通分配模型能够较好地反映考虑燃油经济性的出行者路径选择行为;出行费用权系数对出行者路径选择行为影响显著,考虑燃油经济性的路径选择行为可有效减少路网燃油消耗,可达9%左右.
