混流式喷水推进泵台架试验

Abstract:

为验证混流式喷水泵叶轮的加工精度和质量,将加工后的混流泵叶轮进行台架试验,并基于SST模型采用全结构化网格对台架试验进行非定常数值模拟。数值计算结果表明:在设计流量下数值计算得到的混流泵扬程和功率与试验数据的误差为1.3%和2.3%,在计算流量范围内,混流泵扬程和功率的最大误差小于4%,说明了该混流泵的加工精度满足工程要求。为进一步验证混流泵的设计水平,对其装船后性能进行了数值计算和实船试航,试航结果表明,该混流泵的推进航速超过设计航速9.4%,并且数值预报航速与试航结果误差为1.5%,这既验证了设计方法的有效性,也验证了所采用的数值模型的准确性。??
