外输系统中输油管的水平截断设计

Abstract:

由于其水平跨距过大等问题,外输系统中的输油管在模型试验中需要进行水平截断,而目前相关研究中没有一种明确的截断方法.基于输油管静力特性等效提出一种适用于大跨距输油管水平截断方法,从而解决了深海外输系统中的输油管难以在常规海洋工程水池进行模型试验的问题.并应用此方法对西非海域输油管系统进行等效截断方案设计,进行了外输系统截断模型试验.试验结果证明该水平截断方法具有很好的可行性并且能够较好的反映原输油管系统的特性.在此基础上通过数值模拟和试验结果对比分析的方法进行了输油管动态张力特性的参数分析,发现数值模型中输油管的静力特性能够准确预测,而正确模拟其动态张力的关键在于输油管阻尼系数和附加质量系数的选择.
