压水室隔舌安放角对离心泵无过载性能的影响

Abstract:

为了实现离心泵的无过载性能、保证泵运行的可靠性,以IH-100-65-200型化工离心泵为研究对象,采用RNG k-ε模型对不同隔舌安放角的离心泵进行数值模拟,分析不同隔舌安放角下离心泵轴功率、扬程、效率及内部流场的变化规律,研究隔舌安放角对离心泵无过载性能的影响,并对数值模拟结果进行试验验证。研究结果表明:压水室隔舌安放角是离心泵无过载性能的一个重要参数,随着隔舌安放角的减小,离心泵的扬程和效率提高,扬程曲线变得平坦、易出现驼峰;喉部面积增加,使泵更容易获得饱和轴功率性能;流体在叶轮和蜗壳内的静压增加,速度梯度方向和流道方向较一致,减小了流体与蜗壳壁面的撞击损失。
