深水桁架式Spar平台总体结构强度评估

Abstract:

为设计出安全、可靠的桁架式Spar平台结构,针对桁架式Spar平台的结构特点和受力特征,以平台结构整体的弯矩、剪力为控制内力确定控制荷载工况,并结合ABS规范对平台结构进行了强度校核。首先介绍了桁架式Spar平台结构强度校核的分析流程;然后建立了考虑系泊、立管系统的Spar平台耦合运动模型,并进行了平台水动力分析,确定了平台最不利荷载工况;最后基于准静态分析方法和局部精细化有限元模型,对最不利荷载工况下平台结构进行了强度分析,并根据规范对平台主体结构进行了强度校核。结果表明:平台关键连接部位应力水平很高,应力比都超过了0.9,评估结果可为类似平台结构的分析和强度设计提供参考。
