柔性齿轮-柔性转子-滑动轴承系统动特性分析

Abstract:

为分析柔性齿轮对齿轮传动系统动特性的影响,建立考虑时变啮合刚度、非线性摩擦力的柔性齿轮-柔性转子-滑动轴承的柔性多体动力学模型.研究表明:相对于刚性体模型,考虑柔性齿轮和柔性转子的齿轮系统模型更加适合大变形的轻薄化齿轮系统动特性研究;柔性齿轮系统启动阶段存在明显的亚异步振动及齿轮轴向振动幅值的获取;高速重载有利于齿轮系统稳态工况的平稳运转及维持,但会引起齿轮轴向辐射噪声的增加;相对加减速、停机工况,启动工况下的轴向辐射噪声和动态啮合力波动最大.研究结果对齿轮轻薄化设计和认识齿轮传动系统的全工况动特性等研究具有积极意义.
