铰接中心支撑钢框架阶形柱计算长度系数

Abstract:

以某火力发电厂主厂房铰接中心支撑钢框架体系为研究背景,对该体系中阶形柱计算长度系数进行了研究.基于小变形弹性稳定理论,推导了一端铰接、一端弹性支承的双阶柱计算长度系数,采用特征值屈曲分析对推导的计算长度系数μ0进行了验证,吻合程度较好.以厂房结构中横向3轴框架为例,采用特征值屈曲分析、弹塑性屈曲分析对推导的μ0及柱的稳定承载力进行了验证.结果表明,按数值计算得到的柱稳定承载力与理论计算值吻合程度较好.建议铰接中心支撑钢框架结构中柱的计算长度系数可按本文推导的公式计算.该方法的优点在于不必对结构的侧移类型进行判断,对于柱发生有侧移失稳的情况,还可考虑上下层柱对所研究楼层柱的约束作用.
