新型Hy-Vo齿形链系统建模及其动态特性分析

Abstract:

针对基于心形孔的新型Hy-Vo齿形链的啮合原理进行研究,在考虑了链板孔和销轴之间间隙的情况下, 建立了基于心形孔的新型Hy-Vo齿形链的数学模型, 分析了基于心形孔的新型Hy-Vo齿形链系统的链条波动特性, 并对链板和销轴进行了接触动态特性分析。仿真分析结果表明, 基于心形孔的新型Hy-Vo齿形链能够有效地实现内-外复合啮合功能, 链条波动较小, 链板心形孔外侧定位处以及链板裆部是链板的薄弱环节, 销轴对滚接触区及与链板接触区是销轴受力较大的区域。研究成果为基于心形孔的新型Hy-Vo齿形链的设计提供了理论依据, 并为进一步研究Hy-Vo齿形链的多元变异及其耦合效应奠定了基础。
