摄像机运动下的动态目标检测与跟踪

Abstract:
研究摄像机运动情况下的运动目标检测和跟踪问题.给出了一种基于块匹配的背景运动补偿差分方法.将此算法和对称差分法结合,给出了一种动摄像机的运动目标跟踪方法,以复杂场景下的人为跟踪目标进行了实验.取得了不错的跟踪效果.实验结果表明,该方法不仅消除了摄像机运动给目标检测造成的影响,而且检测提取的目标比较完整.该方法实现了对运动目标的大角度跟踪,在单摄像机的视频监控系统中有一定的实用价值.
