气垫围裙与船体浮箱联接件非线性有限元仿真及优化设计

Abstract:
为提高气垫围裙联接件使用寿命,对气垫围裙裙布与船体联接的组件进行了非线性有限元仿真计算,考虑6个不同构件之间的相互作用,计算在不同夹制预紧力作用下,模拟得到裙布受拉力载荷后的应力分布和破坏的位置、方向,得出增大夹制预紧力可以提高组件整体承载能力的结论.针对仿真计算中裙布布局应力集中问题,提出2个结构优化建议.在优化建议基础上,计算得到该联接组件在8种不同配置方案下裙布应力分布和破坏情况,证明以上结构优化建议可改善裙布应力分布和承载位置,切实提高组件承载能力和使用寿命.
