产品专利设计知识获取方法研究

Abstract:
为了获得专利文献中的产品功能与结构的相关知识,提出一种基于关联规则的知识获取方法.通过提取专利文献的权利要求书中特征零部件,分析标题或摘要中的目的功能和手段功能,建立手段功能一特征零部件和目的功能一手段功能的训练集,并采用作者提出的修剪分类算法提取它们之间的关联规则,获得特征零部件-手段功能-目的功能之间关系的知识,以辅助产品的持续创新.并以冲击钻为例验证了该方法的有效性.
