次近邻跃迁引起的一维Hubbard模型铁磁-反铁磁相变

Abstract:

为了探讨一维 Hubbard模型中次近邻相互作用引起的阻错与巡游铁磁性的关系,利用精确对角化方法和密度矩阵重整化群技术,发现在电子浓度和在位库仑相互作用很大的取值范围内,次近邻电子越迁项可以稳定团簇的铁磁性.通过进一步的研究,发现系统的铁磁关联随着系统尺寸的增长会逐渐减弱,并且当体系的尺寸达到临界长度,系统会由铁磁关联转变到反铁磁关联.研究结果证明了一维 Hubbard模型中在小尺度材料中电子型掺杂区存在巡游铁磁相,同时,为理解近来发现的金属以及金属氧化物团簇的巡游铁磁性的起源提供了理论基础.
