混合菌丝球苯胺净化效能研究

Abstract:

为提高苯胺的净化效率,避免菌体流失,维持苯胺降解菌在系统中的浓度,对菌丝球作为生物质载体与工程菌结合形成混合菌丝球的净化效能进行了试验.研究了霉菌Y3与细菌JH??9形成混合菌丝球对苯胺的生物降解效果,将混合菌丝球与细菌JH??9的苯胺净化效能进行了对比,探讨了霉菌Y3与细菌JH??9的接种比例、进水苯胺浓度对混合菌丝球净化效能的影响,并进行了间歇流小试.结果显示,2种菌的最佳接种比例为1 mL霉菌Y3孢子悬液(??A??????620??=0.25)与??3 mL??细菌JH??9悬液(母液细菌浓度1.2×10??9 cfu/mL),苯胺浓度在500 mg/L内均不会对混合菌丝球造成抑制作用.间歇流反应器出水稳定,苯胺去除率达100%,去除率60%左右.
