超声电机定、转子接触微观力学模型

Abstract:

针对现有超声电机定、转子的接触模型未考虑表面粗糙度的影响,因而不能反映定、转子的实际接触状态这一问题,以定、转子接触的微观力学特性为研究对象,依据分形几何表征摩擦层表面的表面形貌,并通过实验确定了由摩擦材料构成的半球体的相对变形、相对接触面积和相对压力之间的函数关系;建立了考虑表面粗糙度影响的定、转子接触微观力学模型;并基于力学模型计算实际接触点数、实际接触面积与总的预压力之间的关系.研究结果表明,摩擦层的变形量、接触面积和相对压力之间的呈非线性关系,实际接触面积在名义接触面积的三分之一之内.
