小波变换与主元分析相结合的模拟电路检测方法

Abstract:

针对容差、非线性、建模复杂等造成的模拟电路故障检测困难以及现有故障检测方法需要根据经验设置检测阈值的缺点,提出了一种小波变换和主元分析相结合的模拟电路故障检测方法,给出了利用该方法进行故障检测的具体过程.利用三角波信号作为激励源,采集和分析被测电路的输出响应;利用小波变换提取输出响应的故障特征,能够同时利用时域和频域信息;利用主元分析融合故障特征进行故障检测,能够避免设定检测阈值的困难.将其应用于模拟滤波器的故障检测,结果表明,该方法能够有效地利用时频域信息进行故障检测,优于单纯的时域分析方法或频域分析方法.
