泡沫分散体系中镁铝水滑石的插层聚合研究

Abstract:

为了实现高单体浓度、高聚合反应速率、高聚合度产物的聚合反应,研究了在泡沫分散体系中镁铝水滑石超细粉与高浓度Na??2CO??3先碱基化反应,再与丙烯酸(AA)反应生成层片插层前驱体(Mg??3Al??LDH??AA),用S??2O????2-????8/S??2O????2-????5氧化还原生成的自由基引发Mg??3Al??LDH??AA与阴离子型单体AA、丙烯酸钠(SA)和阳离子型单体三甲基烯丙基氯化铵(TMAAC)、二甲基?捕?烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)进行的插层聚合.用示差扫描热分析仪(DSC)监测反应过程热谱,研究泡沫分散体系插层聚合过程动力学特征,并讨论了影响产物性能的各种因素.用XRD图谱衍射峰显示了超细粉体的晶体结构,采用红外光谱对聚两性电解质分子(PMg??3Al??LDH??AA??co??PTMAAC??co??PSA??co??PDMDAAC)结构进行了表征.该研究获得了泡沫分散体系插层聚合的动力学数据,开创了用天然水滑石或工业化规模生产的人工水滑石直接制取有机无机插层聚合物的新方法.
