Abstract:

KeymethodsdevelopedandusedintheUSSRandintheRussianFederationtodeterminetheimpactandfriction?sensitivityofenergeticmaterialsandexplosiveshavebeendiscussed.Experimentalmethodologiesandinstrumentsthatunderlietheassessmentoftheirproductionandhandlingsafetyhavebeendescribed.Studiesofalargenumberofcompoundshaverevealedrelationshipsbetweentheirsensitivityparametersandstructureofindividualcompoundsandcompositions.Therangeofchangeofphysicalandchemicalcharacteristicsforthecompoundsweexaminedcoverstheentireregionoftheirexistence.Theoretical?methodologyandequationshavebeenformulatedtoestimatetheimpactandfrictionsensitivityparametersofenergeticmaterialsandtoevaluatethetechnologicalsafetyinuse.Thedevelopedmethodologyischaracterizedbyhighaccuracycalculationsand?predictionofsensitivityparameters.
