Abstract:

Thereisacloserelationbetweenthecirculationsofthelowlatitudesovertheoceanaswellastheir.variationsandprecipitationinChina.Rainstormsanddroughtswhichoftencausedisastersaretwoextremecasesofprecipitation.Thereforeitispracticallyandtheoreticallysignificanttoforecastbothofthem.Aseriesofanalysesonthepredominantrainstormsprocessesinmid-summerinNorthChinaweremadefrom1975to1977[1,2],andthemethodwasused.Asaconsequence,apreliminaryconclusionhasbeenreached.
