应用卤虫新品系“OP1”提高遗传变异的研究

Abstract:

对孤雌生殖卤虫新品系“OP1”产生的罕见雄体与两性生殖卤虫雌体进行了杂交研究、同工酶分析和温度实验。结果表明杂交、自交和回交后代卤虫为两性生殖方式,后代中的雌雄比例约为1:1;杂交F1代的四氮杂茂氧化酶(TO)表现出双亲间的杂交酶带,F1代的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)表现了双亲间的中间过渡状态;两性卤虫雌雄个体间存在一定的酶谱差异。发现了为TO同工酶编码的孤雌等位基因和两性等位基因及其在杂交后代中的某些表达与调控。本项杂交实验能够显着提高遗传变异水平,为卤虫新品系的培育提供了一条新途径。
