梭鱼鳃丝电镜研究

Abstract:

鳃是鱼类的重要呼吸器官.鱼鳃超微结构的研究,国外已有一些报道.国内目前对鱼类鳃的超微结构研究尚未见报道.对于梭鱼LizaHaematocheila鳃超微结构研究,乃是国内外首次.梭鱼是我国北方经济鱼类,海产也可池塘养殖.对其敏感器官的鳃进行超微结构研究,不仅有理论意义,也有应用价值,为鱼类呼吸生理、病理和养殖生物学等提供参考.
