植物精油对鱼藤酮和辣椒碱在斜纹夜蛾离体培养细胞系SL-1中活性的影响

Abstract:

应用流式细胞术研究了24种常用植物精油对斜纹夜蛾Spodopteralitura离体培养细胞系(SL-1)细胞膜通透性的影响,采用MTT法研究精油对2种植物源农药鱼藤酮和辣椒碱的细胞活性的影响.试验结果表明:与对照相比,50μg·mL-1芸香油处理SL-1细胞24h后,细胞内荧光染料碘化丙啶(PI)的荧光强度增加了53.04%,其次是松节油和当归油,细胞内PI荧光强度分别增加了34.23%和33.67%;100μg·mL-1广藿香油、松节油、芸香油、当归油、香茅油、生姜油处理SL-1细胞后,细胞内PI荧光强度增加率超过40%.鱼藤酮和辣椒碱对SL-1细胞的抑制中浓度(IC50)分别为34.97和35.92μg·mL-1,而与100μg·mL-1芸香油联用时IC50分别为12.69和13.26μg·mL-1,与100μg·mL-1松节油联用的IC50分别为14.56和11.392μg·mL-1,均小于鱼藤酮和辣椒碱单剂用量,芸香油、松节油能够显著提高鱼藤酮和辣椒碱对SL-1细胞的细胞活性.
