一种更有效的根构型研究纸培系统

Abstract:

在原有营养袋纸培系统的基础上,改进了磷供应方式,研究了介质磷空间有效性对大豆根构型的调控及基因型差异.结果表明:1)改进后的分层磷处理导致的介质磷空间有效模拟了农业生产系统中有效磷的分布,能够更高效地调控大豆根构型.在上层高磷下层低磷的分层磷处理中,大豆总根长和总根表面积增加、平均基根生长角度变小、根系分布变浅、植株磷吸收和生物量提高.2)改进后的分层磷处理导致的介质磷空间有效性对大豆根构型的调控基因型间差异显著.磷高效大豆基因型HN89比磷低效基因型HN112对磷空间有效性变化的反应更快,总根长和总根表面积的变幅更大,磷含量和生物量更高.
