利用“纳米反应器”一步合成YF3:Yb3,Er3纳米粒子及光谱特性

Abstract:

采用微乳液法在室温下快速合成出YF3:Yb3,Er3纳米粒子,X射线衍射图(XRD)与YF3标准卡片PDF#74-911非常吻合,经扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明所制备的纳米粒子为球形,粒径约为32nm.同时研究了YF3:Yb3,Er3的下转换光谱和上转换光谱,实验发现,下转换光谱最强发射峰位于1544nm;在上转换光谱中,这两种离子主要发红光和绿光,且红光强于绿光,通过分析输出光强与泵浦光强的双对数曲线,发现不管是红光还是绿光都是双光子发射,最后对红、绿光的上转换机理进行了分析.
