Abstract:

随着FPA的广泛应用,采样效应对热成像系统的影响越来越突出,以致影响了采样热成像系统的评估和测试。本文论述了采样成像系统不同于非采样成像系统的特点,阐述了建立成像系统评估和测试系统的步骤和方法,并介绍了采样成像系统的评估方法和现状。
