8mm芯片集成接收机仿真与研制

Abstract:

介绍了用MCM—D技术研制的8mm芯片集成接收机的设计方法及系统实现.用AgilentADs软件进行了系统仿真,给出了接收机仿真与实测结果,测得接收机增益为20.2dB,接收灵敏度为-92dBm,噪声系数接近5dB.
