AOTF短波红外光谱仪的空间温度特性及其数据预处理模型

Abstract:

AOTF由于其具备体积小重量轻等特点,已成为深空遥感领域的重要分光器件.为了AOTF短波红外光谱仪能够在宽温度范围的空间环境内获得高精度的光谱反演数据,从光谱仪的设计原理入手,分析了温度环境变化对设备中射频功放和InGaAs探测器的影响,通过温度环境模拟实验,建立并验证了用于校正温度影响的光谱仪数据预处理模型,为AOTF短波红外光谱仪在深空探测中获取高精度数据提供了保障.
