制作在非球面基底上的红外衍射光学元件

Abstract:

用金刚石车床车削的方法在锗材料上成功地加工了折射-衍射混合式红外光学透镜,其中的衍射面制作在非球面的基底上,是国内首个制作在曲面基底上的混合成像元件.对折一衍射混合透镜和不带衍射环带的对比透镜的测试结果表明,衍射面加工效果良好,有效地减小了此单片镜系统的色差,明显提高了系统的成像质量,与设计结果吻合较好.
