查干湖水体光谱荧光峰特征与叶绿素α响应关系研究

Abstract:

叶绿素α含量能够在一定程度上反映水质状况,利用遥感的方法监测叶绿素α具有众多优势.通过实测查干湖水体反射光谱和荧光峰特征,分析了2004年5到10月查干湖水的反射谱的荧光峰特征和水质变化的关系.结果表明:1.查干湖水体随着叶绿素α含量的增加,荧光峰位置基本上向长波方向移动,但是并不明显.2.荧光峰位置变化比较适合用于反演叶绿素α含量较高,且范围跨度较大的水体.3.查干湖水体荧光峰高度与叶绿素α具有稳定的响应关系,适合用于叶绿素a定量反演.4.荧光峰高度可以用于查干湖水体叶绿素α定量反演.这些结果为今后利用高光谱遥感技术在查干湖进行叶绿素α含量反演提供了研究和工作基础.
