小麦种质资源麦谷蛋白高分子量亚基构成的研究

Abstract:

本文对小麦种质资源中古老品种的麦谷蛋白高分子量(HMW)亚基的构成进行了分析,并与其它的研究结果作了比较.随育种历史的发展,Glu-Alb、Glu-Blb、Glu-Ble和Glu-Dl2的频率降低;Glu-Ala、Glu-Bla、c、d和Glu-Dld的频率增加;其它等位基因频率无大的变化.在澳大利亚小麦品种中,和烘烤品质关系密切的Glu-Ala、Glu-Bli和Glu-Dla的频率比古老小麦品种高,这反映了上述三个等位基因对澳大利亚小麦优异烘烤品质的贡献.我国小麦品质育种也应充分利用它们;另一个类似的等位基因Glu-Blb也有待进一步开发利用.
