白菜黑腐病种子带菌检验方法的研究

Abstract:
研究结果表明,利用吸水纸种植法,白菜黑腐病种子带菌检验只需三步就能完成.1.子叶上“V”字形病斑的出现;2.病斑切开后有菌液渗出;3.在淀粉牛肉汁琼脂培养基上,发亮的淡黄色菌落周围有淀粉水解晕斑.与目前广泛应用的水琼脂种植检验法和洗涤检验法比较,此法经济、简便、有效.
