低温对玉米幼苗细胞保护酶活性及胞质质量参数的影响

Abstract:

用4℃低温处理玉米白交系幼苗二天发现细胞保护酶活性和胞质质量发生有规律的变化:抗冷力弱的自交系过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、超氧物歧化酶活性降低,原生质层透性亦降低,但膜脂过氧化水平显著增高;抗冷力强的自交系细胞保护酶活性增高,膜脂过氧化水平未发生明显变化,但原生质层透性和和滞度显著增加。这一结果表明保护酶活性和胞质质量与玉米抗冷性密切相关。
