抗黄瓜花叶病转基因烟草新品系的对比及示范试验

Abstract:

对同时表达黄瓜花叶病毒外壳蛋白(CMVCP)和卫星RNA的转基因烟草NC89新品系(NC89-B)及单一表达CMVCP的转基因NC89新品系(NC89-T),在大田生产条件下进行了品比及示范试验。结果表明,在抗病性方面,转基因NC89明显高于未转基因NC89,其中B品系对CMV的相对防效达80%左右,T品系对CMV的相对防效达20%左右;在农艺性状方面,转基因NC89较对照有较显著改善,产值、产量、上等烟比例均有提高,但种性未变;在原烟品质方面,转基因NC89与对照基本一致。
