烟草不同器官生理特性的比较研究

Abstract:

对烟草的不定根、茎外韧皮部、花蕾及上、中、下三个部位叶片的超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、脂氧合酶(Lox)活性及蛋白质、丙二醛(MDA)含量进行了分析比较。发现花蕾的SOD活性最高,而Lox活性及MDA含量最低。不同部位叶片之间相比,以进入衰老期的下部叶SOD活性和蛋白质含量最低,而MDA含量最高。
