等电聚焦种子蛋白电泳方法检测蔬菜杂种纯度

Abstract:

利用等电聚焦聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,分析了大白菜、甘兰、绿菜花、甜椒中8个常用杂交种及其亲本(共24份材料)的种子水溶蛋白电泳图谱。结果表明,等电聚焦电泳技术分辨率高,电泳条带多而且细,各材料蛋白谱带都在20条左右,信息量大,利于进行深入细致的分析。8个杂交品种(F1)与其亲本间蛋白电泳图谱都有明显区别,并以此做为检验纯度的依据,进一步建立了这8个杂交种的纯度检验技术,同时在田间进行了验证性测定,二者鉴定结果相符,证明了本方法的可靠性。
