离体培养细胞表面的扫描电镜观察

Abstract:

对离体培养植物细胞(胡萝卜细胞和烟草细胞)的表面进行了扫描电镜观察。结果表明,愈伤组织表面细胞的表面上分布有颗粒和纤丝。颗粒的形状、大小及分布有各种各样,有些颗粒顶部凹陷成小坑。纤丝大多与颗粒相连,在有些细胞表面上纤丝交织成网络。对这些颗粒和纤丝的分泌活动及调节,以及颗粒和纤丝在细胞之间粘连中的作用,进行了讨论。
