多胺与番茄对烟草花叶病病毒抗性关系的研究

Abstract:

试验结果表明,番茄的抗病品种中游离态Put(腐胺)和Spd(亚精胺)的含量较高,且游离态Spd/Spm(精胺)显着高于感病品种。番茄植株中结合态Put和Spd的含量低于游离态且感病品种高于抗病品种。TMV(烟草花叶病病毒)侵染使得番茄抗、感品种植株体内游离态和结合态多胺的水平不同程度地提高。一般地说,Put的含量在接种后48h之前大量合成,而Spm的含量在接种48h之后上升幅度较大。总之,较高含量的游离态Put和Spd及较大的游离态Spd/Spm值有利于植株抗病。
