离体小麦叶片干旱胁迫过程中水分生理性状的变化

Abstract:

1990、1991和1993三个年度应用不同基因型、供水、密度和施氮水平在不同生育期对小麦叶片离体失水过程中叶水势、自由水和束缚水含量及相对电导率等水分生理性状指标变化进行了同步测定分析。研究发现,随离体叶片水分胁迫增强,离体叶片失水速率的变化与其它水分生理性状的变化基本一致.研究还表明,在失水过程中束缚水含量增加,且基因型间存在差异,可能影响离体叶片失水过程。
