西瓜野生种质幼苗耐冷性的生理生化特性与遗传研究

Abstract:

西瓜野生耐冷材料PI482322幼苗在偏低温(12±1)℃、光流密度140μE·m-2·s-1条件下表现出较强的耐冷性。在低温光照条件下,西瓜幼苗叶片内保护酶SOD,CAT的活性均下降,但野生耐冷材料PI482322较冷敏品种97103的下降幅度小,体内活性氧的积累少,是其表现出耐冷性的主要生理原因。野生耐冷材料PI482322的耐冷性由一个单显性基因所控制。
