低分子量有机酸对不同磷酸盐的活化作用

Abstract:

用化学浸提法研究了有机酸对不同合成磷酸盐（Ca2-P、Ca8-P、Ca10-P、Fe-P和Al-P）的活化作用。结果表明：柠檬酸、草酸、酒石酸和苹果酸能明显促进不同磷酸盐中磷的释放；有机酸对磷酸盐的活化与有机酸种类、浓度和磷酸盐种类关系密切，磷酸盐的活化随着有机酸浓度的增加而增加，不同有机酸活化磷酸盐能力从大到小的次序为柠檬酸、草酸、酒石酸、苹果酸，不同磷酸盐活化的难易程度是Ca2-P＞Ca8-P＞FePO4＞Ca10-P＞AlPO4。
