用筛分法提纯桃、李、辣椒的2n花粉

Abstract:
分别用二甲苯和甘露醇缓冲液作介质对桃、李、辣椒2n花粉进行筛分,结果使3种作物2n花粉比例大幅提高,甘露醇缓冲液作介质的提纯效果比二甲苯好,二甲苯作介质提纯后的2n花粉能够贮藏。
