甜菜夜蛾成虫对黑杨萎蔫叶片挥发性物质的触角电位反应

Abstract:

测定了甜菜夜蛾成虫对黑杨萎蔫叶片挥发性物质提取物及其10种组分的EAG反应.结果表明,与标准化合物苯甲醛相比,未交配雌蛾、交配雌蛾和雄蛾对5~40μL的提取物均有显著的反应.不论是未交配娥还是已交配蛾,能引起较强EAG反应的化合物均为芳香族化合物的苯乙醛、丁香酚、苯甲醇、β-苯乙醇、正己醇和环己醇,植醇、2-甲基环己烷和β-石竹烯仅能引起微弱的反应.以10种化合物不同种类及比例的混合物刺激成虫,EAG反应值均高于单一化合物.
