芦苇愈伤组织中蛋白质对渗透胁迫和外源ABA的响应

Abstract:

研究了沙生芦苇胚性愈伤组织(SREC)和水生芦苇胚性愈伤组织(WREC)在PEG-6000的胁迫及外源ABA的影响下一些生理生化特性的变化.结果显示:从相对生长量和细胞活力上看,SREC的抗渗能力大于WREC;WREC的可溶性蛋白质含量下降幅度大于SREC.外源ABA对WREC的作用大于SREC.SDS-PAGE表明,SREC在30%PEG胁迫下出现了一条17kD的特异蛋白带;在PEG胁迫同时施加外源ABA后,二者均出现此蛋白带.
