农杆菌转化小麦幼胚获得转bar基因再生植株

Abstract:

用农杆菌转化小麦授粉10d后的幼胚,经5‰PPT筛选获得大量正常再生植株。PCR及PCRSouthern杂交检测证明其中23%(18株)再生苗为转化bar基因植株,这些植株可明显提高对basta的抗性。还总结了农杆菌转化小麦幼胚高效获得转基因再生植株的处理程序。
