植物抗病机制及果树抗病育种研究进展

Abstract:

果树病害对果品生产危害严重,长期以来科技工作者们致力于植物抗病机制研究并利用育种方法进行品种改良,以提高果树抗病能力。本文综述了近年来国内外学者在植物物理结构特征与抗病性的关系以及化学抗菌物质与抗病性的关系等方面研究,回顾了果树在抗病育种方面所取得的研究成果,论述了转基因技术在果树抗病育种中的应用,以期为今后果树抗病育种研究提供参考。
