AM真菌对油蒿生长和抗旱性的影响

Abstract:

油蒿是鄂尔多斯高原南部毛乌素沙地的重要固沙植物和荒漠草原优势植物,本试验系统研究了AM真菌对油蒿生长和抗旱性的影响。结果表明:接种AM真菌促进了油蒿生长,改善了油蒿叶片水分状况,增强了叶片细胞质膜的稳定性,使可溶性糖和叶绿素含量增加,叶片保护系统(可溶性蛋白含量、POD活性、CAT活性)功能增强,但脯氨酸含量和SOD活性降低。
