IRAP分子标记在茄子种质资源亲缘关系分析中的应用

Abstract:

参考马铃薯和烟草的反转录转座子LTRs保守区域设计引物,对34份茄子材料进行PCR扩增,得到了多态性丰富的指纹图谱。聚类分析将34份茄子材料分为三大类群,表明IRAP分子标记适合于茄子种质资源的亲缘关系分析。
